Shipping & Handling:

We offer free shipping to the Continental 48 US States. Be advised we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, PO Boxes, or any US Protectorates. Your order will be processed within the allotted time frame and will never exceed 3 days. Most items ship out in 1-2 business days after payment is received. 

We offer international shipping through DHL, UPS and USPS. Please be aware that customs duties may apply and will effect the cost of ordering. ByBelo Saffron has no control over when customs fees are charged and we take no responsibility. 

Return:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products, spices, and cosmetics. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on food items. All sales are final.  

If you are not fully satisfied with any part of your cosmetic purchase or order we will fully refund your money for any items unused, unopened, and returned in good order.

If you are unhappy with a product that you purchased from ByBelo Saffron for any reason, simply let us know within 7 days. 

Refunds: 

Unopened products purchased in our mail order system within 7 days of the request can be returned for a full refund. Please note that the refund will reflect the price paid in your order and can only be applied to the form of payment used for the purchase. If the returned item was used to qualify the purchase for a promotional offer, the cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. Free promotional items and gift cards are not returnable. Promotional pricing will be used in determining refund amounts. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Please let us know the reason you are returning it for our records. 

We are unable to offer refunds for items that are returned to us in anything less than new condition. Please email us within 7 days and we’ll send you a return label.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us for cancelations at info@bybelo.com. Cancelations are possible if the item is not shipped yet. Once the package ships we can't change the address or take it back. 
 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order (if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted) then simply notify us, and we’ll assist you to get the right item to you. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll help you.
