Return:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products, spices, and cosmetics. If you are not fully satisfied with any part of your purchase or order we will fully refund your money for any items unused, unopened and returned and received in good order.

However, we cannot accept returns of any opened spices because of our food safety and sanitary protocols.

If you are unhappy with a product that you purchased from ByBelo Saffron for any reason, simply let us know within 7 days.

Refunds:

Unopened products purchased in our mail order system within 7 days of the request can be returned for a full refund. Please note that the refund will reflect the price paid in your order and can only be applied to the form of payment used for the purchase. If the returned item was used to qualify the purchase for a promotional offer, the cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. Free promotional items and gift cards are not returnable. Promotional pricing will be used in determining refund amounts.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Please let us know the reason you are returning it, for our records.

We are unable to offer refunds for items that are returned to us in anything less than new condition. Please email us within 7 days and we’ll send you a return label.
